I've been using TT for, well since the beginning. Always right on target and easy to use. Asked all the right questions to maximize my efforts.
Found one glitch. When fed return was reviewed, it came up with 83 problems! I'm not that good to be that bad! It turns out that several items were marked as ESTIMATES and the review did not like that. Trouble was, I never marked anything as estimated. It was on both numeric and alpha entries. A little frustrating but got them all unmarked and everything was fine. TT rocks and we will do it again next year.

Good Tax Software

I did not have any problems until I went to work on the estimated taxes for the 2016 tax year.
Our income included one W-2 and two 1099-Rs for pensions.
The screens/worksheets in Turbo-Tax could not accommodate both of these cases.
First it could not handle multiple payment cycles (weekly vs monthly).
Second there needed to be something to create separate estimates for the two types of income.
Third, it would be nice if it would be able to create a W-4P.
I got really frustrated with this entire problem. If nothing else there should at least be able a way to enter a pension under "other income".
I hope some sort of solution will be available in the 2016 software.
What's great about it: I have been using this software for years. I will continue to use it next year.

Survived Another Year

TurboTax is a useful, efficient method of doing something no one wants to do in the first place. I appreciate the feeling of confidence that things are done correctly with everything covered that needs to be included. Categories for both income and expenses are listed, so I know what needs to be in the return is there. I appreciate also that TurboTax does the mathematical calculating for me, and it's done right.
What's great about it: Pertinent information entered from previous year. Information entered logically so I knew everything was covered.
What's not so great: Nothing, really, other than having to do this in the first place.

Customer for several years

I am an Advantage Customer and have been for several years. Filing my taxes are the one thing I don't need to worry about. The software is ready whenever I want to download it.
I am able to download the W-2 forms and if I have questions TurboTax always has the answers.

I have notice that the software continues to get easier to work with. Pretty much anyone can do their taxes and feel comfortable with the results.

Easy

It gets easier every year. A lot of items are already entered and all I had to do was change the amounts. Only problem I had was I could not enter Vodaphone because it belongs to United Kingdom and not the U.S. so I just deleted it. Probably will have to pay a fine.
Easier then having to make a copy, paying extra postage and running to the post offce.
