My Refund

I use TurboTax every year and never had any difficulties until this year. I was almost through my Federal Tax return, saved it to complete the next day.
When I started TurbTax it asked to update. I answered yes and all my data was deleted. I had to start all over again. Not happy to do this twice. I hope this is a one time event.

What's great about it: Straightforward-Use it every year
What's not so great: Updated my file and all data was lost, HAd to start all over

To much red tape...

Spent over an hour just getting the current files to download...then get message cannot open file. Had to do multiple downloads in order to get complete updates.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Files stop downloading multiple times...errors opening files...

Easy to enter maneuver

The only problem I had was that print preview. I kept waiting for it to say print documents then you save them. But the rest is easy to work with. I've been using you guys since 1999 and every year you keep changing the format . You've made it more time consuming. But this one by far is the easiest. Maybe it's because I am the one always doing the taxes, so I know where I have to go and do.
What's great about it: quick entering all your info
What's not so great: the print preview at the end. It should be print

I simply love the TurboTax product. I have been using for my taxes for more than 10 years and counting. It is so easy to input the required data that you should be collecting year round. Would never switch from Intuit as it is the fastest way to file your taxes annually!
What's great about it: Easy to use...intuitive!
What's not so great: Nothing

It is easy to use, but should save the return as you are working just in cast of a computer erroe.
What's great about it: Easy to use and askes the right questions.
What's not so great: Doesn't save return as you are working on it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always a quick filing winner!

Been using Turbo Tax to file my returns for over 10 years. Long or short form, smooth as silk! Always there to make sure it will be a successful filing!
What's great about it: Always an explanation for everything! Love the efile!
What's not so great: Have not found one yet!

Anti-Stress Tax Filing!!

TurboTax lives up to it's promise to make filing your taxes from home one of the easiest and error free methods that ANY person can accomplish! I have been using it for 10 years in a row now, and am so very thankful to this comapny and product for taking away the stress an lving up to its goal of finding me my best results, making submittal a breeze, and getting my refund back to me asap! Kudo's to the entire team at TurboTax!! Well done!
What's great about it: Carry over information from year-to-year. Step by step by step instructions. Help along the way.
What's not so great: There is absolutely nothing that I dont like about TurboTax!
