As easy as always

I love TurboTax. I have never used another product nor will I ever. I tried to do my taxes manually once and I will never do that again!
The deduction tool is very helpful and I love that it shows me categories of deductions I submitted the previous year, so I don't forget anything.

No surprises

I have used Turbo Tax for a decade or two, and have experimented with a couple of others at times, but I find the secure feeling I have at the end of the process is a priority. My tax data is now at the point where there are few major new things to learn about (i.e., getting old), so my prior year carry forward data proves very useful. I do not avail myself of electronic forms that might be imported -- old fashioned, sorry. Good luck to the rest of you users.
What's great about it: Using the interview route, while more time consuming, served to reassure me that I had not overlooked anything.
What's not so great: I continue to wonder why state return cannot be e-filed EXCEPT by paying an additional fee.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick and Simple

This program cuts through the chase of all the forms needed to fill a return and provides an excellent service for a very reasonable price.
What's great about it: To the point
What's not so great: Could not input full driver's license number
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Fast

I did my returns very fast and was easy to do with very few questions. I only wish that when I did have a question, that I didn't have to log onto an internet page to view it, it would have been much nicer to have it on the same page I am working on. I am using an iMac with the OS X El Capitan operating system. Other than that, very easy!!!

What's not so great: Some of the tax laws need to be explained without having to switch to the internet

I have several properties sold under seller financed option. Unless I missed somewhere. I did not see a good explanation on how the system handles interest paid.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is very easy to use. It guides thru the entire process. I would highly recommend this product
What's not so great: I would like to see more explanation in some places.
