Extremely Helpful

I have used turbo tax for the last 5 or 6 years. The software is very intuitive. It makes filing taxes easy. I had some questions on filing and spoke to the help line. They got the answers for me quickly and were very helpful. I will continue to use turbo tax and would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Simple to use, very straightforward

Great Customer Service!!!

Product seems to be very good. Last year, 2014 was my first year using TurboTax. I fumbled through a few things but I don't think I called in for customer service. I had heard from several friends that you provide excellent customer service and I had to call on the last day April 18.
Unfortunately I had to uninstall and reinstall the program. I was fearful that I had lost my preparation from earlier in the month. Nicole W based out of Texas was extremely helpful in every capacity.
She took great time with me and walk me through the uninstall process and help me answer the final couple of questions before filing my return.
She was calm, cool and collected and very personable. She, and I hope others like her, are the reason I will return to TurboTax for 2016.

Another Turbotax Filing - Good

What's great about it: Download version flexible and can see forms whenever wanted, or step through all Q&A as wanted, reenter whereever wanted
What's not so great: Was exposed to the on-line version in trying to help someone else - I didn't like it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Good Software

I am an accountant that uses professional grade software all year round. This software is good for the novice, and easy to review using the "Forms" view. As a pro, I would like to see something that was a little faster to input information on, but for what it was designed for, this is a good software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to review
What's not so great: can be time consuming

I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years and it just gets better and better EVERY year. This year was NO exception and a JOY to use. I admit that while I do have to file with deduction but that fact notwithstanding, I was done in under an hour actual entry and printing time.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, accurate
What's not so great: VERY HONESTLY, I can think of NOTHING I would down it for.

IP Pin Rejection

IRS did NOT accept their generated IP Pin, because eFile cannot handle 6 digit pin generated by IRS. This is a big FAIL. They will not accept an online generated ip pin in place of the mailed pin, nor, will they accept AGI, instead !!!

another great version of TurboTax...

This is a great version of this software. have been working with TT since 1992 or so and the walk through has not always been a clear path as it was this time. It might have been that my tax situation is less complex this year but it was a good straight forward experience/process.
What's great about it: walk through better

Easiest return ever!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have had only 1 problem with the IRS, which was due to not receiving two 1099's
that had nothing to due with Turbo Tax. Just operator error!

2015 was just great and simple just to enter the numbers and calculate! Plus, this year there were no errors on review!
It has only taken me 10 years to get it right! Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Simple directions and explanations with quick ability to add or subtract items.
What's not so great: Would like to see a Volunteer deduction worksheet.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
