More than pleased

I have been utilizing Turbo Tax for many years now, and I've been quite pleased with the results. This year, I wanted to see just how Turbo Tax would compare to a professional accountant, so, as we usually do, we submitted my mother-in-laws information to her account (She has rental property and fairly extensive investments). After her returns were filed, I took her tax information, and used Turbo Tax to see if there was a substantial difference in what she would be getting back from the IRS. I was gratified when I saw that by using Turbo Tax, she would have received essentially the same IRS refund. The only people who won't be thrilled at the results are her account, because next year, we'll be using Turbo Tax exclusively!

What's great about it: Easy, fast, accurate
What's not so great: I still had to pay Income Tax. (Not your fault!)

Each year I am amazed that TurboTax has updated and kept pace with our changing tax laws. I have used this app for many years and have always been pleased with the ease of use and the results I achieve with it. Thanks, guys, for providing a consistent, dependable software.

Secure Refund

It was a helpful tool and I really feel supported while processing my tax refund for 2015
What's great about it: great guide when you need to know if a form or topic applies to you
What's not so great: still some additional information it's need it when you have children in college

Ease of Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I like how it takes you thru each section of the Filing forms step by step and asks a bunch of questions. I like how it verifies the info and you have the option as well to purchase the Audit Protection.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions if you select the step by step

Everything I expected and more!

This tool made tax preparation almost enjoyable! It still took a while, but at least I could make changes as I learned a few things as I worked through the questions.
The fact that it took the federal information and applied it to the state tax form saved extra typing (and potential errors)!
Simple e-filing process and several chances to change your mind to go back and review or fix something.

What's not so great: Had time finding info for one form but found on TurboTax online.
