Great job Turbo Tax!!

Intuit has gone above and beyond this year to make sure they take care of their customers. I did buy it last year after they fixed changes made to the Deluxe version and was happy. This year I was just as happy and will continue to use it as I have the previous 17 years! The It's Deductible tool is always a plus and use the mobile version a lot!
What's great about it: Easy to use! Price!

Excellent Tax Experience

I had one doubtful experience which involved entering individual income information when one is filing Married, filing jointly. In the past the system prompted the preparer to enter data separately; this time I had to discover how to do it by default. Other than this experience, TurboTax was just as reliable as it has been for me in the past. I still will not use any other Software but TurboTax. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Reliable Software on which one can surely depend.
What's not so great: Placeing individual tax information was not as clear as it has been in the past.

What's great about it: Asked the right questions, transferred the stuff from last year, created the return quickly
What's not so great: Don't quite see how you did the State return. Never asked me any questions

2015 Turbo Tax

Overall the product was a little better than past years. Information was easy to find i.e. boxes seemed to contain more information this year. Still do not like to have to go back and re-answer questions when making an adjustment in business expenses. Like the ability to choose what I want to work on rather than go through the entire section.
Like the product and have used it for years.
What's great about it: Answered questions by clicking on boxes for explanations. It made it easier to get the simple things out of the way.
What's not so great: Having to go back and re-answer questions when need to make a small change
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Short and Sweet!

I'm a single Mom with kids in college. TurboTax takes the away the confusion!
What's great about it: 1040 made Easy! Love the clear questions and step by step instructions!
What's not so great: hmmm, can't think of anything to complaine about. this may be a first for me :-)

I have used other programs but this is the most user friendly.
I have taken the 4 month tax course and this is very complete to maximize your refund.

What's great about it: It asks all the right questions, even ones you think aren't important.
What's not so great: I have to pay to e-file xtra state ( Indiana) returns
