Good help with some glitches

I continue to find Turbo Tax Deluxe to be user friendly and very helpful overall. A lot of information is readily available. There are some glitches, however.
Information for clergy housing allowance is a little sparse and could use some enhancement.
Information provided for the 1095-A forms we submitted did not all make it to the form and I had to manually reenter it as I was reviewing my taxes before filing.
Some forms continue to print off the bottom of the page, which can be a problem when that last line contains the number calculated by the form.
Overall the experience was a good one. Thanks.
What's great about it: The format continues to be user friendly and good support is readily available. I used the Deluxe version.
What's not so great: Short on some explanations. Form fill in and print problems

I had my returns rejected and at first had the opportunity to file again, both federal and state for free, but I was waiting for something to be corrected. Now I do not know where that info is and if I try to file state again, I'm thinking I am going to have to pay again. Finding a number to call is not the easy part of turbo tax. PLUS, HAD TO CHOOSE NICKNAME WAY TOO MANY TIMES!!!!!
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: not so easy if you need personalized help

I found by using Turbo tax year over year is important in keeping up with loss carry overs and other relevant information from prior years
What's great about it: Ease of use and reliability
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Helped us through a rough time

When it came time to file my return, I opted to file the Federal forms by mail and I had to go back and forth a couple of times to make sure the copy I saved to my documents was the same as what I was mailing in. Also, I couldn't figure out how to do a Form 2210 and request a waiver of the penalty since we were forced into Obamacare for most of the year and were told we qualified for the PTC, but according to the IRS we didn't qualify and had to pay back the entire PTC plus pay a penalty for paying it back.
What's great about it: program determined where all the data goes
What's not so great: at the back end looking at forms to be filed and printing them was cumbersome
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax to file my family's taxes for 10 years now and continue to be very happy with the results. I have talked to my husband once or twice over the years about going to a CPA instead, but we just keep coming back to TurboTax. We trust the information is always current and accurate and even though we don't always get a refund, we still feel confident we get the best advice for our tax options each year.
What's great about it: ease of installation, easily understandable directions & questions
What's not so great: none I can think of

terrible experience

In a form, turbotax didn't enter my occupation, then it complained it was an error, and I couldn't manually add that info, and then because of this one error, I couldn't e-file. and in the process, it shut down on me for numerous times. horrible, horrible experience
