Worse than ever

I had an account and password and downloaded the turbotax. When I went to e-file state it would not take the login or password and I had to make a new account. I would like to be less confused about who I am and who they think I am.
What's great about it: Got it done
What's not so great: way to many roadblocks

Turbotax was fine until ;it required me to write this review before filinig ;my taxes. What a waste of time. I'll ;never use it again!!!

I found Turbo tax easy and detailed. I feel I got the most deductions available and will use it again next season.

YooHoo Ready, Set, Filed

I've used this software before. Almost didn't self file since I just bought my first home. But it was easy other than initially it wouldn't allow me to enter head of household instead of single (same problem last year so used a different software last minute). After I logged back in to finish them (since it's due today) it actually asked the question and changed the status which increased both refunds significantly. I'll use this again.
What's great about it: Bought my first home worried about self filing, but it was easy to complete. Loved the information boxes.
What's not so great: Filing status wouldn't initially update to HOH from single. Logged out and back in and it worked.

expensive

turbotax is pricing itself out of my using it anymore. It is easy to use but initial price and extra fees are getting too high.
What's great about it: easy to do taxes

I like the questions referring to last year and ideas about what to do so I do not miss any chances to save.
What's great about it: Easy directions, good questions
