1. Like importing previous years data - Easy
2. Schedule K-1 data handling is Ham Handed
3. Why does it wait until the very end to find missing or incorrect data on W-2s and 1099-Rs ? No reason.
4. Still can't adjust size of each input screen so you don't have to scroll to get to "Next" or "Back" buttons.
5. Did NOT work with OS X 10.6.8 HAD to UPGRADE...
6. Charging extra for One State eFile is just greedy profiteering.
Overal Grade: C+
What's great about it: Simple, Easy Situations Covered Well
What's not so great: Just before Transmitting, it found "errors" that SHOULD HAVE been identified earlier - Maybe during REVIEW?!?

Hard to find information regarding details for individuals who filed for Bankruptcy, going through a divorce with kids involved and attorney fees. Also, monetary gifts, how are they to be reported when they are the sole source of income for a disabled individual who is going through a divorce and has partial custody of a minor child until Disability/SSI hearing.
What's great about it: Dash Boards and Help Centers
What's not so great: Not enough details within the answers to questions.

Bartering business should have its own handling since it has income, overhead, expenses.
TurboTax continues to improve.
I did have trouble with Extension Filing.
What's great about it: TurboTax keeps improving every year, Its intuitive approach answers your next question,
What's not so great: 1099-B Barter handling is a little convoluted. Doesn't readily associate itself with a business and its Schedule C codin

I may have found a small bug in the math. When a retiree passes away, the survivor annuity begins. If the simplified method was used in computing the tax, the amount collected tax free is not added in a composite result using the before death annuity and the survivor annuity. Going forward, the amount collected tax free is incorrect.
What's great about it: You can work on separate parts in the order you chose.
What's not so great: More explanation is needed in handling survivor annuities.
