Always Easy

I have been using Turbotax for more than 10 years now. As my return has gotten more complex, the products have evolved to keep pace. I love the convenience of doing my taxes from home with the ability to start and stop as I need. The in-product explanations are good and if you need more help, the online experts are very knowledgeable and ready to help. Thanks Turbotax!
What's great about it: Clear language and good workflow

I have been using e-filing software since it was invented, back in DOS days. Thanks for a great product.
What's great about it: The ability to "Flag" a spot and enter notes is fantastic! I used to keep those notes in Word.
What's not so great: The font size for the different "Learn More" pop-up help windows needs to be larger, or selectable.

Great help, but could be better

We had a very complex tax year. Retired from military, bought house, changed states of residence and wife was self-employed with a home office. Upon entering income and W-2's we owed a LOT, but worked through all the itemized deductions and cut our taxes by half. Biggest complaint was not knowing how much each of our income streams was contributing to the big tax bill. Would have liked to see summary table of income item, tax withheld on that item, additional taxes owed. It would have given me a better understanding of where to check for deductions and helped me form a better withholding strategy for next year.
What's great about it: interview style, updated return number always visible
What's not so great: Incomes strangely classified. Original W-2 1099 data obscured

TurboTax takes the stress out of filing taxes.

I love TurboTax. I no longer worry about filing taxes, i.e. the tax filing is made easy, quick and stress-free thanks to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Makes filing taxes easy, eliminates stress and anxiety, taxes are filed quickly

Turbo Tax 2015 Review

Good program, but I could not print out my return at the end. Turbo Tax just kept wanting to save everything. I'll have to print the forms out individually, I suppose.
What's great about it: Overall good, easy to use and insert information.
What's not so great: Did not let me look at forms when I completed a section. Had to go back and pull up the form. It should be automatic.

I've used Turbotax for about 8 years and have NEVER had a problem with it. HIGHLY recommended (and I rarely do that).
What's great about it: Intuitive, great easy format
What's not so great: None so far
