Good Year For Refund!

Totally easy and quick.
What's great about it: Simple to use and straight forward. Just fill in the blanks
What's not so great: Uses space on my computer.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Have used this program for many years and never had any problems or audits. When I did have questions I could always get a fast and simple answer from the "chat" feature. Also, like the fact that we can work on the program as we receive the necessary pieces, i.e., interest forms, W-2s, 1099s, etc., and can always recheck any areas as we need to. Overall, the program is fast and easy.

Make It Easy on Yourself !!!

Truly interactive and easy for anyone - does make you think along the way which is something that people should be doing whenever doing their taxes. This is a reminder of your contribution to this great nation every year and hopefully keeps you focused on government's proper use of these monies.
I am 75 yrs old and have only once used a tax preparation firm, so, done by hand for many years, which was always a painful experience because of tax code changes etc. Turbo Tax has been utilized now for several years and I sure hope it never goes away in my lifetime !!

Overall, I really enjoy using Turbo Tax. I feel confident with the return being done correctly at an affordable cost.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step!
What's not so great: Some forms are not very clear with what they are for.

Can sometimes be a challenge

Second year in a row that I have had an issue that required customer support assistance. Resolution from Intuit support is time consuming and challenging.
In years that I did not require support, doing my return was a breeze.
I have used Turbo tax for many years and will continue to use it in the future.
