I have been using TurboTax to do my returns since the very early 90s and they just keep getting better and better.
What's great about it: guided tour through my return
What's not so great: finding individual forms not as intuitive

Turbo Tax

I will continue to use, I have had no issues to date with Turbo Tax and I have been using it for many years.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: None yet to my knowledge
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 Tax return

During the process after the completion of each category. Each category had a number of steps in them. It would have been nice to be able to collapse these categories so all the steps are not displayed. It would have made it easier to read and navigate.
What's great about it: Step me through the process
What's not so great: Could not collapse the all the steps
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Fed Easy - State not so much

The Fed return was easy. State seemed easy at first. No errors for either when I filed electronically. Had to pay for state just to have it reject on a negative number on a state form that wasn't even part of my return. In the end after two failed submissions I had to send in via mail.
What's great about it: Fed worked well
What's not so great: State return rejected - paid for it and had to file by mail
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved
