Score! Simple enough a 9th grader could do it

For me, with this product:
1. I got a lot of "bang for my buck"! (It was inexpensive).
2. This was easy to use. The questions were intuitive, and the
right question was asked at the right time.
3. I could do everything I wanted to in one piece of software, and
when we had to link to another site, it was effortless
and seamless.

What's great about it: Software was very intuitive, easy to read and plenty of "Help" when needed
What's not so great: Wish there was an auto-save feature that would save work or prompt you to save as you go
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Poor This Year

First it didn't xfer 2014 into 2015 like it used to do.
Second, it just didn't flow like in previous years. Flow seemed choppy.
Third, I can't seem to find a way to print out my state papers to mail in... they only have the e-file option. Kind of tricky scheme, TT!
And now, fourth, it won't accept any nickname I put in.
Overall, disappointed with the functionality & flow of the whole process.
What's great about it: Easier than by hand
What's not so great: Can't print my state taxes; doesn't flow like it used to; never xfered 2014

It worked very well for me even though I had heard horror stories this year about turbotax and windows 10 but my cd loaded onto my computer withoiut any problem.
What's great about it: seemed to be even smoother than last year

I've been using Turbo Tax for years--this time seemed easier than ever! Good prompts, not much unnecessary work.
What's great about it: took shortest amount ever to complete my taxes

the previous versions of turbo tax were much easier to use. This year I have had nothing but problems finding forms and I couldn't even save my file easily.
I am considering a new program for next years as I am VERY disappointed with this years version of TTax.

23 Years Running - Turbo Tax Has Yet To Dissapoint

Turbo tax continues to make the tax filing process smooth and easy. There are other options out there but this has always worked so well I've never felt the need to switch.
What's great about it: Makes doing taxes methodical and easy
What's not so great: Getting authorization code for access to e-file account was slow. Had to manually enter payment info. No biggie
