What's great about it: can send fed and state online
What's not so great: much less user friendly than last year and previous years format much more confusing

Awesome Tool for Taxes

Software companies need to learn how to develop user-friendly software from TurboTax.
What's great about it: Simple to use and very user-friendly
What's not so great: You have to be quite knowledgeable about Taxes to navigate 401K waters

Thank heavens for Turbo Tax

Overall I think this is a great product. Years before you could get almost a line by line help function (a question mark with an explanation available line by line). I had a problem with just one of my 1099-R's. Turbo Tax was treating it like an annuity despite being a retirement pension distribution from the US guarantee company. Turbo tax was saying that I needed to use one of 2 methods - simple tax or general. Very confusing and difficult to correct so the tax review was clean.
Other than that I was very pleased. Thank you.
What's great about it: Relatively quick and love the double checks etc
What's not so great: The help function isn't that good

Painless Experience

Overall this was the easiest Tax season yet for me anyway. TurboTax Deluxe 2015's step by step process made it virtually painless. Every question was easily answered using the Help features. I will continue using TurboTax in the future years to come!
What's great about it: Fast, clear, with plenty of help.
What's not so great: couldn't find an option to just take the standard deduction.

I dreaded filing taxes because i had not been enrolled in Health insurance for the whole year. Turbo Tax made filing so much easier with their Deduction checker.I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years and will continue to use this amazing product.

Have had a professional CPA for the last 30 years. I was afraid to try Turbo Tax. Really glad I tried it finally. It was as easy as others had told me. Truly does walk you through every step. Helped me think of new items to keep track of for next year!
