I Love this program !!!!!!!

I have used Turbo tax for several years and will use it for many more to come....
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, explanations clearly written and available
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I'm no tax expert, but the only thing I have to say that isn't 100% positive is the moving of Medicare tax amounts from Fed to Missouri State forms - it looked like it maybe didn't add my non-Railroad Medicare to the same line as my wife's (she only had non-Railroad income in 2015#. It appears that it brought my Railroad "Medicare" amount in on the Missouri form and combined it with hers, and didn't show my non-Railroad amount anywhere.
Also, on the Federal Form, it looks like it evaluated an overpayment of Medicare #line 71# when I'm not sure how it came to that conclusion #I admit I didn't dive any further into these two things - I trust your product so much, just thought I'd offer up my observations#.
Other than that, the tool is still amazing as always - I love that it brings in info from previous year automatically and also allows importing of data #like W-2 info and investment info#.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to make all of the entries and the help jump points throughout really prevent mistakes.
What's not so great: Not sure it added up Medicare properly for someone who had both Railroad and non-Railroad W-2 info

Awesome program

I bought turbo tax on the last afternoon before the due date. Ive been using it for years and it has never let me down. This year was no different. I processed my return in a mere hour and half. Great program as always.
What's great about it: Process of return was quick and simple
What's not so great: None

The explanation for Section 5 of the Federal Form "State and Local Taxes" was not clear to me. I did not know if I could add the amount of taxes I paid to the state from the prior year (amount I owed and paid in 2015). Was I suppose to add this to the area of the tax form along with the 2015 taxes paid to the state. I could not get an answer when I did a "get help search".
The amount in 2015 was hugely lower than last year.

More than 25 years filing with TurboTax!!

I have been using TurboTax to file personal taxes for more than 25 years! It was originally recommended by my CPA and I have continued each year since. Makes it easy and I have all my tax records saved. Quick refunds too!
