frustrating to use

Only missed 1 thing...

When E-filing, initially, the program asks if we want to pay via electronic debit, mail a check or make instalment payments. We wanted to pay the Fed amount due amount due via electronic debit and then pay the state amount due via instalment payments, however, after doing the Fed transaction, for the state, your program only allowed us to select electronic payment or mail a check.

It seemed strange that it prepared some papers for me that shouldn't apply after I said I had no fraud problems or identity theft.

More difficult than last year.

Just seemed a bit more difficult than last year. Different questions I was not clear how to answer. Security questions at the end were a pain.

Took away the Panic

Took 12 hours to gather all of the information I needed from the boxes in my basement and only 2 hours to complete the tax forms in Turbo-Tax. Best money spent for tax preparation.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and thorough.
What's not so great: Some less used areas not well explained .
Pros: I bought or sold investments
