Turbo Tax for Fed retirees!

I've used TT for a number of years and go through a wrenching questioning phase every time I get started...
First is income, since I have income from Federal retirement I immediately scratch my head and say where do I go? __Pensions and Annuities!
There needs to be a heads up when a retiree gets started....
I have talked to others and they also fumble at first...as we get older our memory need to be jogged!!!

TurboTax 2015

Had to physically review the previous year filing for some information asked, it should be able to extract that information especially when previous years have been done with TurboTax and the filings files reside in the same computer and directory
What's great about it: Does ask detailed questions and has explanations
What's not so great: Does not extract everything from previous year and relies on filer

Absolutely Terrible

Lacks full disclosure of common problems such a PIN rejection and resources given for correction are either unavailable i.e. online to Feds; or phone which is complicated and frequently cuts off answering and terminates the call.
What's great about it: Very Few
What's not so great: Lacks full information of potential problems & resouces are terrible
