Easy Peasy to file

I wanted to save money on a tax program last year (2014) and bought H&R block. What a mistake, this program was the exact opposite to Turbo-tax. I ended up paying $1,000.00 for a medical ins tax even though I had insurance as H&R block didn't ask me about it and automatically added in the fees. Had to go through an amended return and wait again for $ back.
I will never use H&R Block again. Only Turbo-Tax for me.
What's great about it: straight forward, easy, step by step and all inclusive.
What's not so great: price could be a little cheaper.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I LOVE TURBO TAX, I HAVE USED ALL KINDS OF PROGRAMS TO DO MY TAXES INCLUDING BY HAND. THIS PROGRAM IS BY FAR THE BEST THERE IS OUT THERE FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY COMPARED TO ALL THE OTHERS INCLUDING, H. R. BLOCK.

Couldn't have been easier!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had a problem. Our returns are fairly easy - no odd things to consider since we're retired. I find it easy to use, have never been audited since I started using it many years ago and love that we can e-file and get our refund back so quickly. I really believe that most people could do their own tax returns by using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Walks me through all possible scenarios
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Once again my experience of doing our tax returns using Turbo Tax was a piece of cake. I finished the whole process in just a few short sessions over several days - according to my schedule.
What's great about it: logical order, clear explanations, fast calculations
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's not so great: I thought if you were covered by health insurance all year, you received a credit. Could not find a place to place it.
