Easier than I thought

I don't like forms. They and me don't usually get along. This year seemed like it was going to be worse because I needed to use a downloaded version of Turbo Tax as I needed to use (argh!) more forms that were only available in the download. I'd previously been using the online deluxe version and was just getting use to it--perhaps feeling even a tad bit of confidence about doing my own taxes. This year, needing to use a downloaded version, I've been putting off doing it and , frankly, experienced some minor anxiety as I just knew it was going to be a mess!
But after 90 minutes I was done!. The prompts were just as helpful and the extra forms were easy to find and use (they even had prompts of their own ). Whew!
I'm not a pessimist but I've come expect many things to not work quite as they're described. It is refreshing (and a relief...) to experience software that is actually helpful.

Nearly Flawless

The process was nearly flawless this year (my 12th year on TurboTax). I just found it confusing when I reviewing previously entered data like mortgage interest, home office expenses and healthcare expenses when the same data was used in subsequent steps. Even as experienced user, I wasn't sure so I kept reviewing the same data in multiple steps. The rest of it was great!
What's great about it: Great navigation
What's not so great: Not clear when to re-enter data used in subsequent steps

2015 taxes

Many years of using Turbo Tax.Relatively easy to use.Difficult if not impossible to reach company if assistance is needed.Have had a need for second state.Cost is way too high for that.Program sometimes skips out of sections causing time delays and errors to correct later.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Occasionally skipped forward or out of what I was working on.
