TurboTax

It would be nice to be able to read previous Turbo Tax files without having to load all the previous year's software. I have used Turbo Tax for 12 years. The computer I had Turbo Tax loaded on for 10 years died. I could not load Turbo Tax on that computer last year and had to use a different computer.
I have copies of the Turbo Tax files but cannot read many of them unless I load each individual year.
This is the first year I had to pay federal taxes. However, I get a refund for state. I had to re-enter the routing number and account number for direct deposit.
What's great about it: Simple to use and accourate
What's not so great: did not save routing number for state

Turbo Tax product made possible for ordinary people to work on their own tax returns and has been educating users to better understand the tax rules.
I learned a quite bit from using Turbo Tax and wish you continue improving the product so that users can continue using the Turbo Tax

I believe for simple tax returns TurboTax is simple, safe and easy to use. Not sure if TT would work for me if my taxes were more complicated.
