I'VE BEEN USING YOUR SOFTWARE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NBEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE RETURN. I'VE GOTTEN USED TO NAVIGATING THROUGH THE PROGRAM ON MY OWN WITHOUT HAVING TO ANSWER ALL OF THE QUESTIONS YOU POSE FOR BEGINNERS. I'LL BE FILING AN ADDED ESTATE RETURN NEXT YEAR SO IT SHOULD BE INTERESTING..
What's great about it: CAN DO IT MYSELF. SAVES AN ACCOUNTANT AND $.
What's not so great: NOTHING MAJOR. HAVE GOTTEN USED TO YOUR FORMAT.

Good but interview did not ask about Schedule K-1

I used the TurboTax Deluxe CD Version (not on-line). This version did NOT ask me questions during the interview process about my Schedule K-1 that was needed for a inheritance that I received. Maybe the Premiere version would have given guidance on this, but not the Deluxe CD version. I had to search the help files for a link to jump to the area where I could enter my K-1 information. It would have been nice if they had included it in the interview process.
What's great about it: Good performance on my PC. No problems under Windows 7.
What's not so great: Interview process did not ask me about Schedule K-1.

New Turbo Tax User

Having to pay extra to have state Filing withdrawn electrically taken from bank account. This is an electronic transfer and should not cost anything

WHY CANT I PRINT AGAIN THIS YEAR??????

TT is great, for me, year after year...... UNTIL I GET TO THE POINT WHERE I WANT TO PRINT OUT A COPY OF MY FED & STATE RETURNS. I just get gibberish. I thought this would be fixed by now.... but since it hasn't been, I won't be using TT again next year. I spent HOURS on the phone last year, and the woman could NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. She said she was sure it wouldn't be a problem this year. BUT IT IS!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: EVERYTHING, except the Con below
What's not so great: WHY CAN'T I PRINT MY RETURN????

1099 Misc SAT Proctoring

It took probably an extra hour to figure out how to get Turbo Tax to stop forcing me to declare my couple hundred bucks from proctoring SATs as a business on a Schedule C form.
What's great about it: Fairly easy
What's not so great: Really complicated trying to do the Misc1099 form

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. It would take a total disaster to get me to switch.
What's great about it: Helpful, gives great information for any uncertainty on my part
