Unable to E File

Spent much time to print (22 times) trying to e file or even print. I Purchased on line and had no one to rectify problems. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years am totally unhappy with this years product.
What's great about it: none

Going to back to College at age 53 is hard enough without needing another degree to figure out all the tax info, thank goodness Turbo Tax walked me through it.

Thank God for Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax really made it simple for me to file with the IRS by walking me through the process and allowing me to e-file my return. I would recommend this software program to everyone. Initial e-File was rejected by IRS (not because of Turbo Tax) and I was able to correct the problem in less than 5 minutes and e-File my return with the IRS. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to file with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax catches any mistakes.
What's not so great: None

I am not sure I will purchase turbo tax next year. I have spent a lot of time with my computer telling that turbo tax is not responding. It has been and is still being a royal pain!
What's great about it: non
What's not so great: turbo tax kept locking up, wouldn't let me continue, much harder to follow than previous years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

HSA reporting of Employer and Employee needs work

Form 8889 - turbo tax questions fall short on inputting separately the employee and employer contributions (lines 1 and 9 of form 8889). I have to trick the software by placing my current year contributions in the 'employer prior year contributions included in current year' W-2 amount.

As quick and easy as taxes can go!

You do your taxes yourself? Turbo Tax is THE anser, whether you know much or little to nothing about taxes. Saving your tax related emails and statements from banks, lenders, etc. help greatly for answering TT's easy to understand questions. The guides through all 'nooks and crannies' are very comprehensive. You are done in not tiem... ok, it takes some time: last minute on deadline is not good enough, but less than an afternoon on any weekend before does it.
Regarding the download challenges I had on the Web site: may just have been me... but I;m ready to have a chat with Intuit's TT UX team...
What's great about it: quick, straight forward, comprehensive, and complete
What's not so great: find the download path throught the UI was a total screw up
