Updates Never Download TIMELY

Third tax return that has taken 3+ hours to download an update in order to transmit returns. Ask a question and the answers are vague. Very frustrating for someone that has uses your program successfully for 10+ years!
What's great about it: you can get to the efile part in 20 minutes or less
What's not so great: it takes 3 hours to get a flipping update to download 100%

Great Tool

I love Turbo Tax and always have used it when owning a home. Very easy to follow. I could not compare married filing jointly with married filing separately and this year would have been the year to check that scenario out.
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Comparing different filing statuses

I did not feel like this year's Turbo Tax "asked the proper questions" and did not walk me through the process. I had to go back may times to find the deductions I wanted and to find the right ares to input information. If next years version is similar to this one, it will be the last Turbo Tax I ever purchase.
Hated it. (been using Turbo Tax since 2001)
What's not so great: Not as good as past years

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and will continue to use the program. It is so very easy to use, inexpensive and generally excellent in all categories.
What's great about it: Extremely intuitive, user friendly
