STILL OWED

I am a big fan of turbo tax, until the end where you get nickeled and dimed for every convenient service. It was like pushing the knife in further after owing the federal and state.
What's great about it: It is relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Frustrating that even if you owe, you still pay gawdy fees.

The payment process quite frankly is a pain in the behind!
What's great about it: everything except last step
What's not so great: paying for filing with credit card is a hassle

2015 taxes

a line on pit1 was medical dedcution for over 65 filers but I could not find information saying what amount was allowed and what that line was for, I could not find pit1 instructions anywhere in the program , I wanted to read them, no such luck
What's great about it: good looking menus
What's not so great: could not find insturctions i needed on my state return

a little disappointing

features a liked last year you didn't have. the online help and I bought the software and still had to pay for audit defense buying the software over downloading was nothing extra
What's great about it: quick
What's not so great: no online chat
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbox taxes done right!

I have been using Turbo Tax software for over 20years! I know there are a lot of free sites...but I like the Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: User friendly!
What's not so great: Could save $$ with the free to file sites!
