I have used TurboTax for years and swear by it. Yes it has it's' faults but improvements have lessened them. Keep up the GREAT job!

What's great about it: Great that past info is retained and speeds up the entire process.
What's not so great: Difficulty in finding and accessing the appropriate specialized forms needed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy to follow and complete

Worth it if you don't have a complicated return
What's great about it: move around as needed...review of tax with feedback
What's not so great: The additional fees at the end,like to pay state etc.for e-filing

What's not so great: It would be nice if you provided a mailing address for federal returns for those that wish to mail!!! There was none !!

TurboTax seems about as straightforward as previously. Took about the usual amount of time for federal return. State (California) was much simpler without all the nonsense about differences between state and federal.
What's great about it: Rental property is back, state forms easier
What's not so great: Really? 30 pages of forms to print?

EZ to use

so glad we used this since our taxes were do tomorrow. made things go a lot easier. we have been using turbo tax for a lot of years. really helps when you are not a pro on a computer.
What's great about it: can get to help right away
What's not so great: had trouble going back to my info on the pa state

Turbo Tax isn't fun anymore

I've used Turbo Tax since 2002. Each year is less satisfying. I have very simple needs with just a pension as income and lots of charitable deductions but some of the questions along the way leave me baffled.
What's great about it: I am getting a nice refund
What's not so great: I really don't know if the forms are correct.
