Much improved over older versions. Some features still a little cumbersome to use.
What's not so great: Difficult to enter lump sum for use tax or other pull downs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Works well. Seemlessly imports data from previous tax year. Program and online resources enabled me to figure out everything that I think that I needed to know.
What's great about it: Between Turbo Tax and the intuit online help, I was able to navigate through all of my issues.
What's not so great: More expensive than other products.

This is an easy to use format which guides you through the process and helps explain most topics.
What's great about it: easy to go through and toggle between guide and forms
What's not so great: some things could be explained better

Good but could improve

The only part I had difficulty with, and it was significant, was figuring out the best way to enter college expenses vs scholarships for my child. You can say how much of the scholarship money went toward room and board vs. tuition and fees. But what it doesn't explain is that the way you enter it is flexible, e.g., you paid all of the room and board yourself or you paid it all with scholarship money. I had to try it both ways to see what gave the best result. It was too confusing and time consuming.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to follow.
What's not so great: ... except for one thing
