CONSISTENT EXCELLENCE

TurboTax gets better each year....much more user friendly than in previous years. calculations are right on and the figures from the previous year on appropriate forms makes it easy to know if your entries are in the ballpark. Making it easy to spot omissions, etc.
Especially like the walk through with the new filing procedures put in place by the IRS to help prevent identity theft.
The only complaint I have is that I would up with three files before I finally finished. If they had a timestamp associated with the file it would make it easy to choose the correct file.

My Turbo Tax experience

This was my 3rd or 4th year using TurboTax Deluxe and each year has been easier.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, I entered Info as I received it, when the last piece arrived I entered it and reviewed My tax forms.

Glad Turbo Tax is Back to normal

This years turbo tax is back to normal. Last year was a mess when they took away a lot of functions in the deluxe program that people had expected, since it was there for years, ...having used deluxe for several years in a row I was disappointed when last years deluxe program had excluded several key and prime functions. Turbo tax ended up upgrading and refunding A LOT of people on their turbo tax purchase. They were very apologetic and sent numerous communications to correct the issue.
This year, I was a bit nervous to see what was in store for my filing taxes using the deluxe version. Much to my pleasure...all is back to normal. Full function in the deluxe version... Good Job Turbo Tax, clearly your company learned from a mistake.
I have used turbo tax for 15 years in a row now and I have always been pleased with the product. I will use it again next year.

Excellent product

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and each year it gets faster and easier to do my taxes. It asks all the right questions and covers all possible tax situations based on my past tax situations. It even reminds me of documents that had I had last year and should expect this year. This year's taxes were a breeze... so fast and easy with all the import functions! Great product... happy customer on this end!
What's great about it: Covers everything; once set up, it remembers all key information
What's not so great: It goes through everything and kind of cumbersome with all the questions

Love my refund

Love turbo tax. Easy and love that it pulls in and compares to last year. One issue is that sales tax deduction is not prompted you have to search. I missed this last year and plan to file an amended return.
What's great about it: easy, helps to not foreget deducdtions
What's not so great: doesn't prompt sales tax deduction unless you search for it.
