I have found that Turbo is easy to use, takes ne through each step and helps me not forget any thing.

I love Turbo Tax

I actually used to PAY someone else to do my taxes, but not in the last 10 years. Turbo Tax is so very easy to use. I always click the box that says "Guide Me" instead of the one that says " I'll find what I need on my own" (or something like that). If you choose Guide Me, then you will have every opportunity to take as many deductions in which you qualify...that maybe you didn't even know about.
What's great about it: So Easy-Difficult to make a mistake-very user friendly
What's not so great: Zero
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great tool

I have used TurboTax for several years and found it easy to use. The choice of having TurboTax take you though the steps or a self-guided route is appreciated. We don't have a complex financial situation but do have a lot of deductions. The online help with donations makes filing smooth. I will continue to use TurboTax next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guides you though it
What's not so great: Repeats navigation when reviewing on your own

Using TurboTax

Good product that I rely on to be in the know. I like the fact that I'm prompted through everything and yet I can get to the detail when necessary (provided I know what forms/sheets to look for).
Makes my taxes pretty easy to do....as stressful as the task is.

Good Experience

My wife and I are repeat customers. We have used Turbo tax for several years now. The questions are clear and concise. We are satisfied that this product helped us get the maximum return available. The best compliment we could give you is that we recommend this program highly and will continue to buy this product in the future.
What's great about it: Import feature is great. Clear & concise questions
What's not so great: Would like a way to virtually store data if possible in case you lose the previous year's return.

Found a bug

I always use Turbo Tax and wouldn't use anything else. It's easy for even the first time user. The software walks you through each steps with lots of Help and Hints information.
The Audit Defense purchase seems to have a bug in the process. When it displays your profile information for verification, it hangs at that point. You can't "Continue" nor go "Back".
The only way out of this situation is to close the window and go back in the 'closing' process to the point where you can deselect Audit Defense. Then it works correctly. Not a major problem but it's frustrating if you really want the Audit Defense product.
All of the other parts of this software work great. Enjoy doing your taxes with Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: I use Turbo Tax every year and I wouldn't use anything else. It's simple and straight forward.
What's not so great: I found a bug in trying to purchase Audit Defense that wouldn't let me continue until I removed it from my purchase.

NEVER EXPECTED OUR 2015 RETURNS COULD AMOUNT TO 137 PAGES OF FORMS .
I SHOULD NEVER INVESTED IN PARTNERSHIP FIRMS THAT ISSUE A K-1 REPORTS AND WE HAVE 8 OF THEM. COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS RETURN WITHOUT THIS PROGRAM.

I IN ERROR HIT THE EJECT BUTTON ON OUR IMAC COMPUTER . THE DISK CAME OUT AND I COULD NOT FIND ANY RECORD OF THE 4 HOURS OF DATA INPUT . WHERE IS MY DATA STORED ? ON THE DISK OR IN MY COMPUTER ?
