Another year done

I have used TT for years now and it just flat gets it done. I had one issue where non-resident taxes paid by my spouse in another state did not transfer correctly into our resident state tax form. Easily fixed with manual correction in the forms view.
Other than that, smooth sailing as always.
What's great about it: Easy to use question and answer format
What's not so great: Slight issue with State return and handling of taxes paid in another state.

Good software but trouble downloading updates

I had to disable firewall to update turbo tax. Really wasn't much guidance. Had to look on internet for answer.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions to make sure I am reviewing everything
What's not so great: Pain in the neck downloading updates.

best refund

my refund was great but for the 1st time in 15 yrs of using turbotax I had program problems. They did resolve themselves but it required me to upload updates several times. So instead of several hours to complete it took me a couple of days. TurboTax is straight forward to use and very helpful in making choices thru out your filing. This is a helpful tool and one I will use again next year.
What's great about it: much easier to navigate the sections and the upload of information from last years program was very fast and inclusive
What's not so great: two sections keep refusing to upload(car registration and healthcare information) and required bypassing several times

Frustrated beginning

Impossible to do more than one return when you are using one e-mail. Also, took forever to purchase online and receive the software. Also double charged (paid for it twice) me to file the state return.
What's great about it: Once I recieved the download, the process was quick
What's not so great: Worked for over a month trying to get the software

I waited until the last minute to prepare and file and Turbo Tax made it almost painless - highly recommended!
What's great about it: Ease of use & automated import!
What's not so great: None

it is a pain to have to switch back and forth to get specific info, and the questions applied to pension incomes are not helpful, just time consuming.
What's great about it: GOOD OVERALL CONTENT
What's not so great: SOME ISSUES REQUIRED BACK AND FORTH SEARCHES TO COMPLETE.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
