What's great about it: Clear, simple to use, flexible
What's not so great: Seems a little expensive, especially for the state option

TURBO TAX

Overall a great product. It seems like each year it gets easier to use.
What's great about it: Usually very easy to use, easy to load on machine
What's not so great: Some information I gather is from previous years and if I didn't know I needed the information it would not have prompte

Easy but Opaque

I would like to preface my review with a simple statement; i.e. Turbo Tax Rocks!
That said, it would be nice to see which forms and worksheets are filled in when we enter the numbers in EasySteps.
What's great about it: Easy

Overall very good. Quick and easy to use. Some sections could be clearer as to what's being asked and what informatio is needed.
What's great about it: Quick. E-File is very nice.
What's not so great: Some sections are unclear.

Fast n Easy

I really like TurboTax and have used it for years because it takes me step-by-step through the tax return process with simple instructions and guidance. I DO NOT like that over the years, additional fees have been tacked on at the end of the process to take advantage of the ease of E-File. I paid a price for the software, now I have to pay more if I want to use E-file for State and Federal, and pay even more if I want to pay by credit card, on top of what the credit card bank charges.....too many additional fees, didn't use to be that way.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through each step of the return with simple qestions
What's not so great: Additional Fees at end of process to make electronic filing
