Thought State filing was included

Maybe my fault State was not included.
It cost 5.00 less that it I would have accessed through my bank.
All the info is already in there.

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it keeps getting better. Each year new enhancements are available and it keeps up very well with new changes in the tax code. TT is a very reliable income tax software.
What's great about it: Easy to use and reminds you of missed items.
What's not so great: None

Nothing But TurboTax

TurboTax is the only tax prep package people should use. It is worth every cent you pay. So easy to use and not at all scary. I've lost track on how many years I've been using TurboTax.

Finally Done

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I guess I should use the online version since I've used the standard deduction since I retired, but I like to go through everything to make sure I haven't forgotten something. Now if you could only keep everything organized for me!
What's great about it: Your "Learn More' insets were always informative and easy to understand
What's not so great: Wish you could stop me from trying to itemize before I go through the trouble

Hung on Audit Defense Payment Screen

CD Deluxe version hung at end of process when it asked for method of payment. Displayed personal info for audit defense and when I clicked on the continue button software froze up.
I selected "remove" the audit defense and it proceeded properly. Wish I had Audit Defense by given the choice, I chose to file on time without it.
If I can still get it, just let me know.............
What's great about it: Rest of TTax
What's not so great: Software hung on Audit Defense Payment Screen

My husband has done the taxes in the past but now is unable to do them. This was my first go at doing taxes alone in 25 years. I appreciate the help.
