What's great about it: Step by step processes
What's not so great: I have no complaints

I had no trouble using Turbo Tax as it continually reminded me to be accurate while inputting my data.

I keep coming back to Turbo Tax year after year because:
It pre-loads my previous year's return that saves me so much time entering information and increasing accuracy.
The on-line and telephone help desk representative was so patient and ensured my questions were completely answered.
I was able to breeze through the federal and state forms by being able to pull up only the lines I needed...and I could determine that so easily with their concise and well-written "Learn More" links.
Yes, Turbo Tax Rocks!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and so quick to do - great help desk representative
What's not so great: none

So EASY!!!

I've been using turbo tax since 2000. I have moved 7 times since then including a different country and have worked for 2 different companies. This program gets easier and easier each year! It took me 2 hours (I like to go through EVERY section) Easy peasy!!!
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and you will get it all done!
What's not so great: NONE

I have watched Turbo Tax Evolve since it was first sold on floppy disks. The product that it has become is very polished and can be relied upon to take quite a bit of the time out of a necessarily tedious task. This year I did my taxes in a few hours counting breaks for coffee and snacks. I also was able to teach my son to do his own taxes as well. It works well, responds well to changes that you introduce and guides you through mistakes that you make. I recommend it for anyone who has graduated beyond the 1040EZ.
What's great about it: Minimal Input, Integrated User Experience, Tax Law Context, Evolves along with Tax Situation
What's not so great: Value Adds Add Up, Load Time, No Buttons
Pros: I bought or sold investments
