So Easy to Use!

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 9 years. It has been consistently good with upgrades from year to year. For me it has been a trustworthy product and can be counted on to have the latest tax information.
What's great about it: Easy to use, calculates things I haven't thought of before.
What's not so great: It wasn't able to upload my tax information from the previous year.

I use Turbo Tax for the last 3 years and I will never use another Tax Service. Simple, Correct, and Secure. You gotta love that.
What's great about it: all the itemized deductions and the great explanations
What's not so great: took a long time to file everything but so worth every minute.

So simple and SO POWERFUL!

Turbotax is so easy to use and so thorough. It takes me step by step with as much detail as I want. I can drill down within categories or skip past big sections. It is up to me. BUT I let TurboTax ask me ALL the questions and I quickly click through. There are never errors in calculations like used to happen in the old days with calculators. When done within a few steps the Federal Government and the State has got the return. I can rest easy.
What's great about it: So simple to use with no errors in calculations
What's not so great: I liked it all!

Questions are clear and if not the dropdown gives an excellent explanation. All area are covered, even things you may not have thought about. Really liked the ability to easily go back to an area to review, redo or just move forward. The added areas at the top was a welcome change from pass years. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and you continue to make it more user friendly. Especially was pleased with the e-filing changes as the security steps can never be enough. Thanks for such a quality product.
What's great about it: Learned over the years what documents to collect. Had them all handy and done in no time!
What's not so great: Nothing

Been using turbo tax for several years now. There's no other way I would want to do taxes.
What's great about it: Effective way to do your taxes
What's not so great: You can screw up big if you dont read things closely

Overall I was very impressed by how easy TurboTax made doing my taxes the first time. I was worried that I would spend hours searching through things and calling up those who could answer my questions. I found that with TurboTax I was quite qualified to do my taxes myself!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, helpful, and quick!
What's not so great: Some of the wording was out of my league.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
