Need to advise user earlier if they have an IP PIN to use and where one puts it in. We didn't see anything about it and had gotten to the end. I asked the question about it and it told me. I then put it into the file, but we were scared we had done something wrong and couldn't get it into TurboTax. Otherwise, great job. Have used software since the beginning and love it. Thanks.

Best Turbo Tax Ever!

This by far is the best version yet. i was able to get through 3 returns,mine and my kids in half the time with the same tax situations as last year. Excellent program! Thank you INTUIT.
What's great about it: Very thorough will not let you make mistakes
What's not so great: none for me

So easy to use

If you have used it in the past the import from previous year makes it extremely easy. I love using it, it saves me time and money.
What's great about it: Very easy to use specially if you have used it in the past
What's not so great: the questions can be too many.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I had a great experience with Turbo Tax. It helped me complete my taxes without paying an arm and a leg and with confidence. Turbo Tax took away my fear of "messing up" and made me feel good about completing my own taxes.

Not user friendly and costly

1. It failed to import W2 forms w/o telling me the reasons
2. It has high hidden fees if you have to prepare state tax return for more than one state.
3.The Efile fee for state tax is way too high.

I've been using Turbotax for years, it's easy, it's fast, and the "it's deductible" feature is great.
