Used for 20 Years! Still the BEST!

I have been using TurboTax since I had a computer. Always accurate! Always up to date! Great support and value!
What's great about it: Step-by-step leading you through the forest of regulations!
What's not so great: Nothing! I like everything about it!

Wanted Audit Ins. Turbo Tax (TT) would not accept password. Changed apporx 10 times. Your software would not correct. I finally found you can only use 8 characters. Software says 8 or more.
Generally TT is helpful and fairly easy to use.

So Easy!

Last year we used a diff tax prep software after filing with TurboTax for at least 10 years previously and it was so confusing compared to TurboTax. This year we came back and it was so easy! Thanks for making taxes so stress free!

What's great about it: Easier than last year!!!
What's not so great: Using previous versions and the 2015 tax year version, I always have a hard time going between my data and my wife's.

Pretty simple and easy to use, but would rather had opportunity to review each section for my own confidence that I had entered all that was required,
What's great about it: Basically simple and easy to follow. Like the back-up indicated and easy to read information that I entered.
What's not so great: Would like a tutorial prior to starting entry of data and would like to review form(s) to insure I had understood.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments, I moved

Essential tool but import could be better

I've been using TurboTax for years and think it is a great tool for preparing my taxes. However, it would be even better if the import capabilities were improved. I could not get the import function for JP Morgan Chase's 1099B barter transactions to work properly, even though I followed the instructions on their web site. So I had to manually enter 35 transactions- not terrible, just sort of a hassle and of course you have to be careful not to make an error. Maybe JPM needs to fix it more than Intuit- but letting you know, since you asked! Thanks very much. - Craig Grills (on behalf of my daughter Maddie).
What's great about it: Very thorough, easy to use
What's not so great: Had to manually enter in 1099B transactions
