What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through (step by step), and fast!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Every step in the filing process is laid out in a way that the non-CPA can handle it without much angst. It's somewhat like taking a test in which, if a question is a little unclear, you can go back after answering it because you get more clarity as you go. I love that I'm not 'logged out' if I have to walk away from the (store bought) program on my computer. It's right where I left off.
The only 'complaint,' if you will, is the '1099' sequence of questions.

Amazingly easy to follow and complete

I have used Turbo Tax for years (about 10) will continue to be the only tax program I use. Yes there are cheaper ones on the market, but I doubt they will be as easy to use and understand, I also doubt they will have answers to the odd questions I need answer to once in a while. Turbo Tax has a completely loyal customer in me
What's great about it: Have yet to have a question I couldn't find the answer to with TurboTax
What's not so great: Sorry, I can't think of a single thing I don't like about Turbo tax
