Outstanding product!!

I've used TurboTax for at least the last 10 years. TurboTax makes doing taxes bearable, it's a great product!!
What's great about it: Easiest tax filing software there is!
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Overall very good, I only had to go to the Internet twice to determine what I needed to do to complete the return.
What's great about it: It covered all required information.
What's not so great: References to which person on joint return was in focus was poor.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. FAMILIARITY TO PROGRAM HELPS EASE OF USE. CHANGES HAVE BEEN MINOR. KEEP IT UP.

State

I have used turbo tax in the past. I never had a issue. I have been very happy with it and also recommended turbo tax to other.
This year I had a lot of issue with downloading the state from the computer. I had to delete the program and lose all information from the federal taxes and reinstall to get the state to download.
I had to download a second state and that would not download. I can not lose all information again from federal and 1st state so now I am looking for a different way to do the 2nd state.
What's not so great: The states would not download onto my computer

Overall a good experience. Have used both software programs and CPA's and feel confident with this program to forego paying for services that I can do myself.
What's great about it: The ability to review whenever I wanted to with ease.
What's not so great: Nothing

I always use TurboTax. It is so easy to follow. This year the cost of filing was doubled due to some Ohio bank. I might have to rethink next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Surprise cost of filing.
