Another easy filing thanks to TurboTax

Great software, easy to understand and very well organized. The only gripe I have is the price - I would either like to see some of the deductions and simple brokerage activity included in TurboTax Basic instead of having to purchase TurboTax Deluxe...or the price of TurboTax Deluxe decreased. I prefer the software download, but it's very nice having the Online versions available.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. You can be guided through all topics or just pick the ones that apply to you.
What's not so great: Price. I would like to see more (like simple 1099-B, 1099-DIV, etc) included in Basic instead of having to use Deluxe.

Getting the Most out of My Return!

Love the software, especially when it gets me the most for my return. Would be nice to have a prompt about information carrying over from the prior year, especially about ones home office.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step
What's not so great: Need a prompt to review carryover info from prior years

overall good program, but could be better with "smarter" logic to screen if you qualify for a deduction before asking all the questions and collecting all the information only to tell you that you make too much money for the specific deduction.
What's great about it: Easier than TaxCut
What's not so great: Would be nice if it didn't ask all the questions to a deduction if you're income exceeds qualifying

if i use turbo tax i will do it online next year. my bank offers it for free. I know I filed last years return on my computer but your program could not find it!!
