Could not have done my return with out Turbo Tax

I have returns that require multi forms and if I did not have turbo tax to take items off of a certain form and fill it on the additional forms needed - it would take me longer to do my taxes,
What's great about it: asked questions that prompted me to check and see if more income or more deductions could be taken
What's not so great: Schedule C - home business office deduction was difficult to do. 1st put in full amount and then calculate % of office.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Worst experience with turbo tax

The program would start processing and never stop. It would do this until i used the task manager to end program. Task Manager would say processing is not responding. It would do this repeatedly.
What's not so great: program kept locking up.

Best Tax Software

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and won't use any other program. I especially like that the previous year's information is automatically populated in the next year's return for comparative purposes. Even better, never audited!
What's great about it: Easy to use; accurate; reasonably priced; simplifies deductions; just an awesome program for federal and state returns.

PROCESS WAS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW JUST WANTED TO MAKES SURE ALL ITEMS WERE SAVED BEFORE MOVING TO NEXT SCREEN
What's great about it: EASY TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

Easy As Pie!

Turbo Tax has help me complete my taxes in less than five hours as compared to when I use to take two days. My taxes are much more accurate with Turbo Tax than before when I use to make math errors in my calculations or transposed the numbers when I filled out the forms. I am also happy that I don't have to spend so much time reading all of the IRS publications when Turbo Tax has all of those drop-down explanations.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax has saved me time and effort in preparing my taxes.
