Best Tax Preparation for over 12 years

I have used Turbo Tax for over 12 years to prepare my taxes. I by no means consider myself a numbers person so this software explains the questions, provides examples of what they're talking about and reviews your work for mistakes and missing information. I have relied on it's accuracy and have never been disappointed.
What's great about it: Ease of entering information
What's not so great: It's not free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I thank God for Turbo Tax. The software was inexpensive and easy to use and understand. Have used in the past and will continue to use in the future!

Very easy to use. The only issue was today's date at e-file time.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years. I appreciate the consistent look, feel, and navigation from year to year.
What's great about it: I like the flexibility between sequential step by step and being able to just jump around and work on what Applies to me
What's not so great: No issues except trying to get me to do a state return when I don't need a state return
