How Great Thou Are

I love turbo Tax have used it for more years than I can remember. I would not want to try anything else. I have never had an issue with Turbo Tax no operations problems, no filling problems, no problems ever. I recomed it to every one who ask what I use to file with. Thanks.
What's great about it: Accuracy, Ease of Use, Helpful, Great walk thru help
What's not so great: Colors just a little to light hard tio see some time

Turbo Tax is awesome!

Turbo Tax is so user friendly, even for people like me, who are not technologically-savy.
What's great about it: It is so easy to use!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wonderful Filing...AGAIN

Turbo Tax is such a great way to do your taxes! We have been using this software for about 10 years. You just have to have all of your forms and information in front of you and it moves along quite nicely.
What's great about it: Ease of Process
What's not so great: Did not like it that after completing every step, had to go to the taskbar and reopen the program

first time i've had a problem

The site won't let me pay to e-file. So just when I thought I was done, I can't complete the process. I hope this is something that will be fixed soon so I won't have to print all this out and send it by regular mail. For years I have never had a problem. I guess nothing can be perfect.
What's great about it: easy, just click click click
What's not so great: scrolling down to get to the next thing on the list, won't let me efile

Since 2002...still going strong

I have using TurboTax Deluxe for the past 13 years. It's super easy to use and fits my needs perfectly. I've tried other tax software packages before. None of them are as user friendly as TurboTax.

I love how it pulls up last year to see and compare my returns. I helps me to catch things that I forget.
What's great about it: Walks me thru the process easily
What's not so great: Hard to back track to find where you missed something.

I've been using TurboTax for as long as it has been around. Wouldn't consider using any other tax program. Makes everything so easy.
What's great about it: Ease of use and thoroughness of questions it asks.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years. I have always been very satisfied with the results. It has been easy and I was always able to incorporate any life changes that took place. I have recommended it to all my friends and family. My sister finally stopped spending $$ with a tax accountant and did hers this year. She told me she does not know why she waited so long to listen to me. Thank you for all your help over these past 20 years.
What's great about it: Easy to use, questions answered easily, can be stored easily from year to year
What's not so great: I cannot think of anything I do not like about Turbo Tax
