Consistently Good Product

I have been using Turbo Tax since it was sold on diskettes. Each year it incorporates all tax code changes and, as always, takes the drudgery out of preparing and filing taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of use, thorough

What's great about it: Easy to use. Reliable. Trustworthy.
What's not so great: None

couldn't efile or update

I had to print all 55 pages and mail since didn't efile for me
This happened to me last year. Also, updates kept giving me errors. Fingers crossed my returns don't get rejected.

Gets better every year

I have used turbo tax for 12+ years. I used to prepare taxes for a living, charging way more than the cost of this program. So many people are so intimidated by taxes they have no idea how simple they are to do using Turbo Tax. Just answer the questions as prompted and you can complete your taxes knowing Turbo Tax will review your return for errors. I no longer prepare taxes for anyone but my self and Turbo tax is the only program I trust.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: cost (really not that bad)

What's not so great: PDF viewer in program never worked. was forced to print with stand alone PDF viewer. Needs free state tax efile

I find it frustrating that I pay for the Deluxe program and can't file my state taxes.
What's great about it: I would recommend it to everyone

Last Minute......no problem

I never think I'm going to file last minute...........but here it is the weekend deadline. Felt anxious about the changes in my filing for 2015........divorce, home refinance, changing jobs, but that wasn't a problem. All the steps were laid out. The verbiage is interpreted to be calming.
What's great about it: Refinanced 2x and changed jobs in 2015, felt a liitle anxions, but not a problem
What's not so great: A little more explanation on refinancing maybe.
