Impossible to file

Won't accept a payment to file state refunds. It shouldn't charge to file them on top of buying the product, but it does and then won't let you.
What's great about it: Managed to file federal taxes
What's not so great: Can't file state taxes online. Not only does it make you pay, but won't accept payment

I did not always feel comfortable relying on summaries of certain IRS publcations without being able to refer to them myself...
What's great about it: Fast and easy to follow
What's not so great: All IRS publications referenced should be accessible

Great and easy way for either a professional or a grad student at MIT to get his taxes done without any pain
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward
What's not so great: UI could be cleaner
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Had some extra complications; retirement, IRA distributions, etc. Easy too figure out what to do, it asks the right questions at the right times
What's great about it: Easy, detailed, easy to access information
What's not so great: its tax forms, what can I say?
