Turbotax advantage member for years

Being a turbotax advantage member is a great way to go--you automatically get your download and you don't have to remember to get it at the store!
What's great about it: Simple, convenient, straightforward
What's not so great: It's taxes

Easy to use!

If you have all of your documentation pulled together, filing your taxes goes really fast with TurboTax. In addition, the questions may make you think of items to deduct. I have used the product since 1994, and it gets better every year. I would never use any other product!
What's great about it: Quick - From start to finish it took me less than 40 minutes, fastest year yet
What's not so great: Ordering the product was a little challenging. In making it easier for newer users, it became harder for veteran users.

Handled every unique tax item my family had with ease. One of the best products on the market.
What's great about it: Ease of use, taught my grandaughter how to use!

Sometimes not intuitively obvious when circling back to double-check, or review topics
