Finally finished!

Filling in the return went quickly and easily, but trying to pay was a different story! I verified who I was with the Federal Government, but intuit wanted me to sign in again, which I did, then they wanted me to get another verification number from them and enter that also.
What's great about it: Just fill in the blanks
What's not so great: verifying who we are AFTER the return was completed!

It's a good tool when you desire to save money.
What's great about it: Hints help navigate when you're not sure where to enter info.
What's not so great: I couldn't initially find where to input last year's overpayment.

So Easy!

I would recommend TurboTax to everyone who has to deal with tax time. It is easy to use and takes you through every step of filing your taxes. In addition, it offers explanations and information along the way. I especially like the fact that when I finish the program, I am done...my Returns are e-filed...and I can take a deep breath and relax until next year.
What's great about it: TurboTax is straight forward. It walks you through every step, is easy to use and takes the headache out of tax time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use and simplifies filing!

I've used TurboTax for a number of years now and found it to be easy to use and helpful in organizing my tax records.
What's great about it: Ease of use, ability to import last year's information
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy - Fast - Accurate

I have been using turbo tax since the Macintax days in the mid 1980's and it has never let me down. Always walks through every needed income, expense and auto calculates refunds/Owed as you go and can easily save results to PDFs for archiving and printing. Will never consider using any other tax preparation method or service.
What's great about it: Asked all pertinent questions and totally guided me through both fedsral and state filing
What's not so great: had to pay extra for state efile
