Great Product

I've been using TurboTax for years and I'm very happy with it. It handles all the details for you and you don't have to worry about finding the right form or information.
What's great about it: Lead you through the whole process and includes all the form.
What's not so great: You may need to skip past a lot o the steps.

Turbo Tax is stupendous

I can't imagine filing without Turbo Tax, and I hope I never have to. I remember having to back in the day... and I don't want to go back.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Clear instructions. Step by step guidance.
What's not so great: I hate filing taxes. Not Turbo Tax's fault.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Quick, easy and error free; flexible.

Hate the new feature bundling

There is a gap between full on independent businesses, and W-2 earners. TurboTax does not acknowledge those that earn a few bucks on the side, and makes them upgrade to full blown commercial versions of the software, whereas it used to be small business friendly under the Deluxe package. Boo!
What's great about it: The software works fine
What's not so great: Each year it gets more expensive and provides fewer features

Could be my last year with TurboTax

I was not allowed to deduct my live-at-home 19 year-old college student's expenses. TurboTax (Deluxe even) only gave me a list of *possible* reasons why. Reading IRS documents (why should I have to do that????) revealed that I made $5,000/ year too much money. NOW I have a plan for attacking next year's taxes (don't make so much). TT should have told me that.
Another problem was even claiming my 19-year old son as a dependent. First time through it said I couldn't claim him, but would not tell me why...again only a list of possible reasons. I finished my taxes and was frustrated when my WIFE went back and found a question I didn't answer correctly and now he's claimed. WHY WOULDN'T TT TELL ME THE EXACT REASON WHY so I could find my mistake? Totally not worth the money, IMHO.
I've used TurboTax for several DECADES. This may be the last year.
What's great about it: Does the math for you
What's not so great: Doesn't give detailed information about why certain deductions are not allowed

Really love the ease of TurboTax

This is my 3rd year using the software and I love it. It's easy and even a non-computer person can use it.
What's great about it: It steps you through and asks all the right questions.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.
