works well, as expected

I use the fill it in method, rather than the guide me, but I've been doing taxes for a long time. Always a couple of quirks where you have to root around to find a forn, always a few dumb questions before you can go to the next part. Don't know if the other tax software is better, don't care, this works fine.
What's not so great: sending the calculator to the bottom of the screen - where?

What's not so great: Nothing

Don't get refund but survived

I appreciate all of the checks and balances built into the program. I did taxes by hands for years and am confident everything is being included.
What's great about it: LIked the help
What's not so great: Don't like that I have to pay to file Wisconsin return

A little like a black box.

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 8 years now. My tax status has changes over those years and at times I'm not certain what I can claim. The explanations aren't always helpful.
This year, I completed the federal and state, it was reviewed without error and I e-filed. Then when I went to print a copy I was told there was an error in my return with no explanation. Ugh!
What's great about it: Automatic use of last year's information.
What's not so great: There are some places where I'd like to see the completed official form rather than the summary.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

" NO MUSS - NO FUSS "

Know many people that get overwhelmed at this time of year -
basically have your income , deduction, etc data ready
and just follow the prompts - that simple .

What's great about it: User friendly- prompts are very helpful- " back " option is amazing .
What's not so great: Can' t honestly think of any - been using since 2007 and each year it gets easier .
