All in all the program is useful to me. I just wish the price did not keep going up from year to year. I have been using the program for the last 20 years
What's great about it: relatively easy to use
What's not so great: did not understand why program added my IRA shares to dividend income but did not allow me to enter the contributions

I would recommend this Tax Preparation Software for all first time filers
What's great about it: Very simple organized program
What's not so great: NA
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

easy to use

Need a button to "stop and save"
Then a button to "return to the exact place that you left off"
Need to include place to include all "boxes" in the dividens and interest forms

Best tax software ever!

Overall, I really like using TT to file my taxes. It makes filing them easy since it walks me thru each case to help me find all deductions and credits. When I need help explanations are at my fingertips. Great Job Intuit!
What's great about it: walks me thru all scenarios, help is readily available
What's not so great: didn't understand how to use the Flags feature to get back to where i left off

NH State Taxes

Most NH residents do not have to file a state tax return. The free tax return assumes you will file a NH return as your free one. Many NH residents work in MASS and have to file a MASS income tax return, but we get charged for this--assuming it is secondary to our NH return (which we never have to file.) This has been happening since we have purchased Turbo Tax--and it is annoying. Also, there should be a way to override errors in the filing of MASS taxes, as NH residents don't always get the same Health Care forms we need to complete Turbo Tax worksheets.

Very cumbersome at the end with state filing. Cannot easily navigate to debit screen and loses it when system hangs. Needs help in final steps
What's great about it: good questions
What's not so great: Hangs at the end in multiple places. Does not easily let you e-file fed and then continue state with debit not intuitiv
