I did have a bad experience with the program

I was almost finished preparing my return and saved it to calculate medical expenses. when I came back to the program the next day there was an error in opening my return. I tried several thing to open it but ended up starting from the beginning again. I am almost 100% sure that I save the program and exited it correctly, that's why I think it was a bug in the program. Not really sure what happened.
What's great about it: like the review infor that caught info
What's not so great: lots of questions not applicable to me

Big problem!

I accidently answered yes when asked if I had educational expenses, when I meant to just enter student loan interest. When I went back to correct my answer, the software still kept the worksheet for tuition expenses and no matter what I couldn't correct the info. Just to e-file, I had to enter a worksheet that wasn't needed. I don't know if I will continue using this.
What's great about it: Easy to use for the most part
What's not so great: Doesn't let you change information

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and I like that everyone it becomes easier and faster to use.

I have been using turbo tax for many years. each year there is more fees and my taxes are less and less. will not use this product again. there are easier and less costly ways. I have recommended this product to others and I will not recommend this again!!
