DO TAXES FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND CAN'T KEEP TRACK OF PASSWORDS. WENT THROUGH "LONG WAY" AND IT WORKED. I LIKE THE "LONG WAY" BETTER!!!

What's great about it: EASY THROUGH FORMS

I liked earlier versions where the asked milestone questions. this was more cut and dry - I had to search a little harder for the sections I needed. PS still did not get the auto registration thing figured out.

Not Great

We had to start over twice. Noted that TurboTax charged us to handle a refund and charged us to e-file for our state
What's great about it: We could do our taxes at any time
What's not so great: Was expensive to file and have turbo tax hellp with a refund

Terrific Turbo Tax

I'm no tax expert but using Turbo tax makes me feel like I am. They tell me what to have to prepare my taxes and then I'm walked through step by step. Even when I have a questions, I hit help and guess what - it helps me. I recommend Turbo tax to anyone and everyone.
What's great about it: Easy - user friendly - accurate

Health Care

The Health Care section needs more work. Still think I paid too much in Tax. I had Obama Care for the first half of the year because the company I was with didn't offer health care. The company was bought out and I got health care on the new plan from the new company. Turbo Tax does a bad job of walking you thru the process of having two different health plans in the same year!!!
What's not so great: Health Care Questions to vague

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years and it takes away the worry that I've done something wrong, or miscalculated. It is worth double the price!
What's great about it: ease of use-very detailed and organized-with lots of helpful tips and explanations
What's not so great: none that I have encountered
